Price - Fairmont Kingsley

Hi,

After extensive searching, I've settled on a Fairmont Kingsley. Now what I have to do is make sure I'm getting a fair price. It's a 16X80 with two bedrooms and two baths. It has:

an upgraded appliance package
built-in entertainment center
40-gallon water heater
R-33 insulation in celing
2 in. X 6 in. side walls
vinyl thermopa low e windows with grids
egress windows in bedrooms
skylight in master bath.

The price has apparently just went up but the dealer is willing to sell me the display model. It hasn't been at the dealership long and I wouldn't change much anyway.

Would anyone care to comment on what a fair price for this would be? You can e-mail me privately and I'll be happy to tell you what they're asking for it.
