Need Finance for 1975 Double-wide homew/land

To whom it may concern:

I have a buyer for my 1975 double-wide manufactured home. My home has been completely remodeled and is permanently attached to the land which I own too.The buyer, his agent, and myself are having a hard time looking for someone to offer financing for the home. Some don't finance, others say the cutoff date was in 1976. It has been appraised at about $85,000 and sits on a community of manufactured homes made from 1973-2004 in South Florida.

I need help please!

You are going to have to try smaller local banks...Unfortunately..most mortgages will not finance a pre HUD home only mobile home lenders will..even then rates are way to high for this kind of sale..

Smaller local banks will know the local market and might be able to help..
