Resell or tear down?

The property our family is buying has two old mobiles on it right now. They will have to be removed as we build(bring on) our new homes. At what point is it more profitable to sell or tear down? Or should we just try to sell them first. Both of them have had an addition made to the original double wide. I do not, at this time, know the brand or year of manufacture.
