house wrap & siding

Hi, I'm putting up a MH in Michigan and I found out that the manufacturer put the vinyl siding right over the OSB, no house wrap or felt paper. Is this up to code?

HUID code does not require house wrap or sheathing on exterior walls.Consider yourself lucky you got the OSB sheathing.

Like the other post...the OSB wrap is an expensive option on most homes...it is the desired upgrade from the cheap foam used by others..
