Financing Park Model

We are looking to finance a 1992 Chariot Park Model with a Florida Room attached in Rockledge Fla. The price includes a lifetime lease on the lot, a 7x7 shed and covered patio, all in a gated over 55 cooperative community. Where do I start to try to find financing? I live in Indiana right now, and no one here makes that type of loan.

You'll have better luck, with a lender in the area where the home is located. They know the local market, and the market values. I suspect a local bank will be looking for this type of business. Most retirees bring both checking accounts and CD's upon purchase of a retirement home.
