About DCA seal ( gold & silver)

I am a first time homebuyer and I am thinking to buy a manufactured home. I was told to look for the houses with the DCA seal gold or silver. I am living in Central Florida.

* What is DCA seal?
* What is the difference between gold & silver?
* All the manufactured company use this seal? Who's not?
* What area of the house I can find the seal?
