We just bought a new Marlette home (which was built in Hermiston, Oregon), We are very pleased with the quality and the look. However, there were some mistakes made in the ordering process due to carelessness on the part of the
salesman we worked with. (I should say 'former' salesman as we hear he has recently been fired.) So, when you do decide on one, make sure the salesman you work with knows what he's doing. :-)
We were also very pleased with the response we got from Marlette in regard to the errors. The house arrived on Thursday. We talked to the dealership on Saturday. The Marlette factory rep was at our house on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon we had a signed document listing the mistakes, what will be done about them, and when it will be done.

Check out Valley Quality homes in Sunnyside, Washington. They build an excellent home and the buying process is painless. The standard features they put in a house are extras in most others. They sell homes to Montana folks, so I figure any house that can withstand a Montana winter is a very good house. They have a website.
