Am trying to find information on how to qualify as an appraiser for manufactured/mobile homes in northern California. Thought the Lincoln Graduate School had a course but could not find anyplace to contact them other than by phone, which is difficult for me to do during the workday. Can you direct me please? Lincoln is the place to go. They work in conjunction with N.A.D.A. The toll free is 800-531-5333 or web http://mfdhousing.com/lgc. Courses are held on various dates, in various parts of the country. You can call for a schedule and then find something that will work for you. They are two days, generally on the week end.
