Well...

My wife and I willl end up buying a Horton and from the same dealer no less... I called Horton Homes and spoke to a gentleman just under Mr Horton himself... He new the dealship and said there had to be a mistake... When I explained it all to him he contacted the dealer and I got a call within minutes... So the 57500 we were quoted was right on and she explained that the 20,000 she quoted was 2500 for AC , Skirting and Steps... She also had factored in money for Impact Fees - Site Prep - Well - Septic _ and Power... Well I am sure thats what she meant after she got the call from Horton... The guy at Horton was awesome by the way... He said to be sure that the Spec goes to him and he would add a few things to it after the fact just because he wants to be sure we buy a Horton Home... Kudo's to Horton Homes!!!!

If those costs were factored in she should have told you that from the get go.Sounds a little or a lot flaky to me.
