selling home

I am still trying to sell my home. I had a few people look at it but didn't even make an offer. I don't live in a dump I just owe too much on my 95 14x80 redman home. I have tried to look at the blue book on this but it is way too confusing to understand. What I want to know is if I work real hard and get the principle from 22k to about 16k would that be reasonable for a 3bdr 2bth in a park? Iknow that this is hard to say, but I'm in a jam. My last born is almost 2years old and still sleeps in the living room. Please help if you can.

There is no set formula. The home is worth what ever some one else will pay in your market area. Why not check and see what a similar home is selling for on dealer lots in your area.
