Replacing shower and sink faucets

We have a Marlette MH, 1988 and need to replace the faucet valve stems. Are all MH faucets the same?? Or should the parts website be asking what brand and date of MH it is.

An '88 Marlette is a very nice home...If the faucets are metal...they will be either Delta or Meon...both have parts available at the local home improvement stores...these are the same faucets used in many better stick built homes.....If you bought the home new..they both have lifetime warranties on the stems..and they will replace for free...

If you have plastic faucets...it might be a good time to upgrade...15 years is about the maximum life of all the parts on these...Good Luck
