I am a Senior Citizen looking for a 32x80 4 bdrm, 2 bath (at least) or a Triple wide, on at least one acre of land, and in good condition, to assume a loan. I have excellent credit, but I'd prefer to assume a reasonable monthly payment (hopefully under $600 per month. My Son will be living with me and sharing expenses.
Tipton County, TN is our preference. Does anyone know of anything?
