new home repairs by manufactorer

my home is two years old and falling apart. is thier someone i can contact to have these items repaired? i have plumbing leaks,doors that won't shut,trim coming off,shingles coming off,vent fans not working,the manufactor says that the seller is responsibile,the seller says the manufactor.who can i contact to straighten this out?

Most manufacturers have no more than 1 year warranty...Some do not cover cosmetic items more than 30 days...such are trim..

You should have filed these complaints long ago...If you did..call the plant service manager and have a discussion....

It is hard to tell from you list if any of these are manufacturers problems...for instance the shingles...if they are those applied when the home is closed up..that is a dealer proble...but not after 2 years...that is a homeowner problem...

Sounds like you home is somewhat out of level...If the molding and door problems just became apparent..the home has settled into the ground..again this is a homeowner problem....

Most of what you have listed is easy to fix...beside the level problem that might requre professional help...The best advice would be to fix the problems and move forward..
