Hidden cost

Hello!
I'm looking for information on hidden cost. So that when I go to purchase my house I will already know what lies ahead. I'm buying a Holly-wood estates floor plan. The web site is holly-park.com. I'm buying the 805 Malibu. I'm just not trying to get burned on anything. So if you could please help I will be very appreciated for your help.

Financing can have many hidden costs...Including higher rates and dealer or broker kick backs from the lender..Closing costs can vary a lot..rates can vary a lot...

Shop finance as hard as or harder than the home...1% difference in rate will make about $20,000 different in the note..
