MH selling price

I have a 1987 Homes of Merit doublewide, lovely home, paid 44,500 a year ago. Due to financial set back, lost job must sell. Put down 1/4. Can you tell me what the selling price should be. I have a lot on rented land in a nice, quiet park with no possibility of building on either side and quiet neighbors.

I have to assume you shopped and compared homes in your area at the time you bought it....I also assume that it was a good deal then..

If so..there is no reason that it is not worth about the same now...You have mentioned the important key that keeps anyone from giving you a specific answer here...Value is very location dependent..If the park is desireable..this will help your value determination...

Just remember...this is a home...it can take months or longer to sell for the top dollar..just like any home....There are those out there who will buy your home today..for cash..but they are wholesale vultures..looking to take advantage of others misfortune..They will only offer a fraction of the true value..
