In the southeast what is a reasonable price for poured footers and concrete block underpinning for a 28x60 manufactured home?

Poured footers cost the dealer about $1000 per home when done with heavy equipment that also does the rest of the ground prep...removing all organic material from under the home and minor movement of dirt to keep water from running under the home...If more extensive escavation is necessary the fee will be more...

The masonary contractors that do nothing but footers..will charge as little as $600...

Block underpinning with the blocks set directly on the ground and stucco finished will cost about $2500 to $2800...If you want the blocks to be most permanent (or are financing with the FHA) you would also have to get a footing under the blocks for around an additional $1000
