I'm considering selling my Mom's 1973 Champion 12' x 60' 2-bedroom mobilehome located in Chula Vista (suburb of San Diego), CA. Any idea of the value (ballpark figutre)?

In Calif on its own land?Its worth whatever the land is worth.If its in a park its worth whatever the going price in that park for a 30 year old mobile home is.Something that old on the east coast might get 500 dollars.The west coast is a different story.
