Hi! I am a MH salesman in central California. I've been told that a manufactured home as Real Property will appreciate in value comparable to a stick built. Can you verify this? Is there any organization or agency I can get actual statistics from? Thanks, Greg

Call a few real estate appraisors in your area and get an opinion...Like any home..you will hear..location, location, location..



There is no stick built home in your area that would fetch 1/2 of what it does in your location anywhere else in the nation...Location, Location, location..
