DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW A CRYSTAL VALLEY BY PATRIOT HOMES STACKS UP AGAINST NORRIS BY CLAYTON ? WHAT ABOUT PATRIOT HOMES OR ANYTHING THEY BUILD ?

I have been in this business for over 20 years and I can tell you that Patriot is a much better built home than the Norris. They have better layouts and use better products. Stay away from the Norris they depreciate in value and wont last as long as your 20 year mortgage. Patriot is the much better product.

I had been looking at the Patriot line in Michigan and have been very impressed witht the Crystal Valley line. Now I understand that since the Louisville trade show, some new standard features have been added which make the line even more appealing.

If you are in or near Michigan, I can recommend a great dealer.

I have a Crystal Valley, love it. I have only seen 1 Norris, and it was more in line with a basic Patriot entry-level home.
