Does anyone know of any finance companies that will finance the move of a manufactured home form a park to private land. I need assistance and this is my second postingof this question. Will someone give me some advice? Thanks!

I believe Chase will, but they require a fairly large down payment. That is the only compnay I'm aware of.

It depends upon what state your in. I am a mortgage consultant in Pa and we have several lenders that will do it. I know Wachovia/First Union bank does this as well, however with banks you have application fees and ridiculous interest rates at times.
