Loans for Used Home

My wife and I are trying to sell our 1995 16X80 home, located in a nice park. Some of the people who have looked at the home are interested, but we'd like to point them to financing sources. There are only two local banks offering financing on used homes, but we'd like to steer these interested parties toward other financing sources. Can you give some suggestions, as to names of companies, or websites, that offer financing in Illinois for homes of this vintage?
