replacing flanges on toilet

I own a doublewide 2004 Schult trailer. Noticed a problem with the guest bathroom toilet having water around the back side and one side. It has gotten worse over the past year. Removed the toilet, thinking I will just replace the wax ring. Not the case. The flange was cracked, we did not know about flange repair kits so he started trying to take the flange out. My question is are the flanges used in a reg stick built house the same or do i need to get one for this house spacifily? Also it just seems the toilet sits to high off the floor, it has never been flat to the floor .
