So we are trying to sell our 1979 double wide. The hud plate and data certificates are all missing. We have looked everywhere except removing block from the foundation. That’s our last option. The court house documentation says it is a modular.
we payed cash for it 2.5 years ago so we didn’t go through all this hassle of financing. If anyone could please give any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much. Kristen
