Manufactured Home U-Values

Post by RSWAFFER » Tue Dec 30, 2014 1:23 pm

I am attempting to perform a Manual J Residental Heating/Cooling Calculation on a 1989 Fleetwood Home. It is a double-wide. 1296 square feet. The HUD rating plate inside the home has been removed which would tell me the U-Values.....Can someone provide me a U-value concerning the floor which has the "Belly Wrap", R-11 Batt Insulation, plywood, and vinly floor convering throughout the home.?......The outside walls are vinyl siding, 7/16" OSB Board, R-11 Batt Insulation, and 3/8" drywall inside finish?....The roof is like a "Stick Built House", light color shingles, 7/16" OSB Board on trusses, etc., ventilated attic with R-28 "Blown In Insulation", 1/2" drywall Ceiling. Some typical U-Values for the floor, walls, and ceiling are what I need. The homeowner did some remodeling work several years ago and removed the paper HUD Rating Plates in the home which show the values that I need. Thank You So Very Much.!
