Leveling Palm Harbor

We live in Mesa Az and we are looking at a 2005 Palm Harbor. The sales lady showed us three crack like marks that she says are because the unit needs to be leveled. My question is about how much should I expect to spend. ? Any suggestions or estimates. Would be greatly appreciated.
