Anyone have any thoughts on Redman?

Hi all,
We are seriously considering purchasing the Redman New Moon Residential. I am a bit hesitant after reading alot of the posts on here though. Anyone currently own a Redman or had one? I appreciate your tips and opinions on this home. It has alot of the options I already want standard on it...any recommendations on what upgrades are necessary for the long haul? Thanks so much!!! Thanks for the great info posted on here...it is so helpful.
