Has anyone else had dealings with LARRYS HOMES SALES and LIFETIME MANUFACTURE. Well I have and not very happy finding out both are out of business! My home is only a year old ,Ispent alot of money putting it on a full foundation. I am finding problems with the house that needs taking care of.I have no one to contact, I tried talking to my bank. but they said there is nothing tne can do for me.I owe over $109,000. for the house.I think that my bank has yet paid all the monies to Larrys because the went bankrupt before my house got finished. I had to get the manufacture to finish my house this past September.LifeTime claimed in September that it cost them over $8000.00 to finish my house.I never did see the bill.My problem is I tryed calling LifeTime ,but like I typed above they are gone to.I had a five year warranty on the house.

Because the dealer or factory went out of business during the warranty period your not out of options.

In most states licensed dealers and builders must be not only licensed but bonded. The bond is like an insurance policy that guarantees they will perform warranty obligations, even if they go out of business

Contact the agency that regulates manufactured housing in your state. You can find the contact information for that agency on our site at www.manufactured-housing.net/saa Follow your states procedure for requesting that the bonding company pay for repairs that the dealer or builder were responsible for.
