I am currently awaiting the State of WV to set a date to do an inspection. An inspection was done by an association in WV., but he stated that " the problem is tipacle for a mh in this price range". Well, I paid $69,000.00 . That is extremely expensive for a 28 X 56 MH. Anyway, I'm sitting back and watching and waiting for whatever. The coleman furnace rep called me concerning this furnace ( must be the 7th or 8th time I've called concerning this ), He too has never followed up by calling back. My floors are buckling and bouncing, there is something wrong with the electrical system, ( which may be why the furnace acks up), My furnace has never operated correctly. In the heat (LP Gas) mode, the blower has shut down with the furnace burner still burning. The techs that have been here do not know what to do, the 3 different coleman reps I've spoken with have given me different stories, I've not talked to the same rep twice. The furnace is scary, but UL, Skyline, and Coleman do not seem concerned. I've got the report from the private inspector, and I'll get a copy made and send it to you. Well, earlier you wanted to know my problems, I've given the 3 major ones. I'll be back in touch...Do you think that a serial number could cause all of this - In the serial # the following does appear - " 666 ". ???????? On top of everything, I've been to an attorney. He was polite and listened to me and my wife. However, in his honest and proper way said " you can't afford me".

Richard, does West Virginia have a state agency called "Consumer Affairs" or something like that? If so, why not give them a call? Maybe they can help. Also - I'd shop around for another attorney. There's bound to be one who will handle your case for a reasonable fee.

Yes, I have contacted the agency which will come and inspect the MH. I have not contacted any others. You mention a small fee, My wife and I really can't affrd to put money out as we have our daughter in college. I'm doing the best I can by triing to set this aside and not get so upset with a mistake which I made. This whole thing is not worth my health. Thank you for inguiring. I have the above message posted because earlier, David did pose the question .
