Silvercrest price

Okay, so I found a beautiful Silvercrest WC-09, 1983 sq. ft. Dealer is offering it to me for $112k base, and $15k in options I've chosen. To ship it to NM is $7500 and NM sales tax is 8300. Total is $142k (they knocked off 6k on the base and are throwing in a 4 ton refr. unit) How does this sound/compare to you Silvercrest fans?
