Southern Energy builds 3 product lines...Southern, Southern Lifestyle and Southern Energy..Each has its own basic construction features and trim levels...The Southern is the lowest price range and the Southern Energy the top of the line...

Southern Energy is known for slow factory service (We are a dealer for them) but they always get around to all problems and do a good job of warranty repairs...

The best thing about Southern Energy is that they are truely a custom manufacturer....They will make ANY legal floor plan change, will offer nearly anything in the way of decor...and will even do custom features upon request and with an appropriate price adjustment..

Overall...you should be happy with your choice..

thanks for the info!!!! We were interested in the adaptable floor plans.
