Homestead Manufactured Homes

We are considering purchasing a Homestead Manufactured Home (aka Cavalier) here in Central Florida. It looks like a great price for the amount of space and the quality. Has anyone purchased a Homestead and are you happy with it or does anyone know much about this home.

Cavalier must be doing something right...There are many requests here for their product..

I believe the Cavalier product is on of the best values out there....but...there are many homes in your area that have much better basic construction...

Examples would be Homes of Merit, Jacobson and Palm Harbor built in Plant City..But all of these built with the same features and same square footage as the Homestead will be much more...As much as $ 25,000 on the biggest homes...

You like all of us have a pocketbook...Within the pocketbook issue..you have to decide between basic construction, features (which the Homestead has them all) and size...A very top quality home could easily be $ 200 more per month or half the size of the Homestead...

Take your time and make the best decision you can for your situation..Good Luck
