I am considering the purchase of a Homes of Merit MH. The dealer I have talked to is Hall's.( I'm not sure his location, I've only communicated with him by fax). I have submitted a floor plan of my own and a set of specifications which he says will be no problem. The specifications are based on Mr. Eaton's construction guide. It would result in a high-end home. Anybody have any comments?? I have also contacted Palm Harbor and Jacobsen. All within the state of Florida.
I would appreciate any remarks out there.

You should talk to dealers in your area...Try to stay with in 100 miles from your location...There are many dealers with all three manufacturers that you mentioned..

Homes of Merit has 6 factories...If you are in GA...you should be looking at homes built in Lake City, Fl...The web site is www.homes-of-merit.com ....There is a list of dealers there..Also...they build 3 lines of homes all with different building specs...Bay Manor...the best..Forest Manor the most basic..
