The Manufactured Housing Forums

I'm considering moving to the Kentucky area. The town I have in mind is so small that it probably won't have many mobile home parks to choose from. But if there's anyone on the forum who might live in one near Lexington, could I get some comments about a good park to consider?

I do see land around there advertised for sale from time to time. But it's likely going to be complicated enough simply picking out and buying a home that I'm not sure I want the added burden of first buying land on which to set up a home and then having one set up.

Community living has many advantages but selecting the one that is right for you is very personal. We have an active thread about selecting a community that started this week.
