I need an installation manual for a 1990 Baron MH, model Del Mar 400,
24' X 56'. Does anyone happen to have one, or know is this company still exists, and what their phone number is? The name of the manufacturer is Baron Homes Inc.

I do not have the specific answer to your question but the manual would have been with the original owners manual given to the first buyer of the home. If you are moving it and do not have the original manual, each state has a generic set up manual you can use. To get a permit to move you will HAVE to have a licensed set up crew, they will be very familiar with the generic manual in your state. Your building inspector probably has a list of licensed installers in your area...
