Second circuit breaker?

I just had the lights go out in the living room and dining room of a 1979 Sheraton Manor . All the rest of the lights in the house work including the heater fan. The odd thing is, I tried the circuit breaker in the back of the house and none of the switches turn off any of the lights not even the two main ones. I have all the paperwork but that one little tidbit! lol I always assumed the circuit breaker in the backyard was the one that worked. Is there another circuit breaker somewhere on this model? Thanks

Check around inside the home for a breaker box.

Yes, inside there is an electrical box in which you will find a set of breakers in..Your big main box outside only has one breaker for the whole house..The others will be for the A/c and maybe a well if you have one..There could also be breakers for out buildings if there are any..

Hi, thanks I have been checking but so far I haven't found one. On the older models are they usually hidden in a closet or behind something? Thanks

Often in a closet or utility area behind a door..Sometimes just in a bedroom with a cover door often behind the entry door..

If you can see where the wires enter the home from the bottom..The box will be directly straight up...
