I gave a $1500 down payment four years ago. Due to setbacks and life circumstances I never got to go further than my initial deposit. I am getting ready to place an order with Quality Wholesale Homes/ DSH Group out of St. George, UT. I have just recently been hearing some new information about this company that makes me question if I should continue to do business with them. Can anyone please e-mail me or call (I'll include my number) and let me know if you've had any negative dealings with this company? Please I need to know ASAP as I am beginning the construction process. I was going to purchase the home only from them. Please contact me with any feedback. I'd be most grateful. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Lisa

I hope you have read the comments from the link above..As a matter of fact your experience alone is enough for you to decide to move on..Your deposit should have been returned to you long ago assuming they never actually ordered and received the home. Find another dealer or risk joining the many who have posted here with their horror stories...Good Luck
