Hello,

My wife and I are interested in purchasing our first double-wide manufactured home when we relocate to the Traverse City, Michigan area in a couple of years.
We really want to do our homework/research now...so if anyone can help us out with some good information re: that area it would be great!
(i.e. what's the top manufacturer/dealer listing in that area, cost and feasibility of placing double-wide over a basement, etc.)
We hope to purchase @ least a 2200 sq.ft. home.
