LOOKING - WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
LOOKING - WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
We are looking at manufactured housing to put on our land in the mountains. I would really appreciate your help. Do you have a home you really love, or really hate? I saw a Cavalier I really loved. Anyone know about them? Thank you for your help.
Re: LOOKING - WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
Any of the Cavalier product (Cavalier, Bellcrest, Brigadier, Homestead and others) are all VERY value packed homes...They have more standard delux features than most homes offered in the market today..
Re: LOOKING - WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
Look at a Silvercrest if they have a dealer in your area. These are very well built homes that will last longer. check out their web site at www.silvercrest.com

Re: LOOKING - WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
I have had nothing but problems--including health problems due to my new mb home. Sure, not all are bad, but because no lawyers take on problemed mobile home cases, if you end up with a bad one, you will be very lucky if you don't end up stuck in a horrible health hazard that you'll spend a good bit of money on. My recommendation is to pay a bit extra and get a house, because it's better to spend twice the amount on something that will last than $40K + on something that may fall apart and cause you $50K + in medical bills.

Misty Meiss
