Used Mobile Home rating

I am in the process of purchasing a 2002 24X68 Patriot Victorian and would like to know how this rates compared to other 2002 manufacturers. All the info on the internet that I have found deals with new only. Would someone help me find this information or give me your opinion?

Prior to the publication of the Grissim Ratings Guide to Manufactured Homes there was very little written about comparing various MH brands. You can purchase the Guide and see how this years models are rated. This will give you some idea of how each brands construction standards compare.
You can also search this forum's data base by putting the name of the home you would like more information about in the search field at the top of this page. We have been collecting comments and replies about manufactured housing for years and there is a good chance that you will find some commentary about almost any brand built
