Does anyone have any opinions on Homestead or Bellcrest home value and quality.

Bellecrest is built in Georgia , When we sold them in the mid 90's they built a quality product and offeresd very reasonable customer service. We have a Bellecrest doublewide in our community that has had a better than average service record.

Homestead and Bellcrest are both owned by Cavalier..Under their new marketing plan..each plant specializes in various floor plans and build both Bellcrest, cavalier, Homestead and Brigadier lables...These are all the same home with the same list of goodies..
Service is great...The homes are amoung the MOST value packed in the South East..
