I have a mobile home, fully furnished in a 5 star 55+ resident-owned community in Tarpon Springs. The monthly maintenance fees are $184. and the share cost is $30K. I am asking $15,000 for the mobile home. The share is purchased separately. The property is beautifully landscaped and close to many no-fee parks and beaches and lakes. Bianca
