Hello.........I have a fully furnished, double wide 2 bed/2 bath mobile home and share for sale in Tidewater Estates in Deerfield Beach, FL....it's a resident-owned 55+ community on a canal...The price for the entire package, mobile home, fully furnished and a share in the community is $120,000.....a great investment and opportunity to live and own your own mobile home park.

I have it listed on this website with pictures, if you would like to take a look:
mhvillage.com...........listing no. 121405

Feel free to email me with any questions or call at 954-428-2360.

Thanks for reading!...........Barbara

I will be going on vacation to determine where to live in Florida.
I understand resident owned communities are better.
Does anyone know where I can get a list for the Lakeland & WinterHaven areas?

Thank You so much!
