This won't be a popular comment I suppose, but having read your major problem... immigrants; posted on the fourth of July yet. This country is founded on the backs of immigrants. Unless you are Native American you came from a family of immigrants as well. Unless you check your neighbors green cards you don't really know if they're legal or not.

As for the other stuff, perhaps your local law enforcement can help? Noisy neighbors can be a problem no matter where you live. I hope they don't regulate you enough to dictate what kind of vehicles you own. Speed limits? Of course, that's a safety issue. We moved out of a community and bought a mh on land because of the rules. We had two dogs and one had to go, originally dogs were no problem when we moved in and the rules changed.

Neighborhoods evolve. It doesn't matter what kind you live in. We live in a regular neighborhood in town and we have some neighbors that I'd like to see be gone with two rowdy teenage boys. My plan is to leave it alone until I can't stand it anymore then talk to the boys myself. Maybe they don't know they're a nuisance. I know with patience they'll be gone. We'll be here much longer than they will.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I do know the status of some of the immigrants. They boast about it!!! They joke about it!!!!

The police can only do so much because we are constanstaly told "you are on private property." So it is a nasty circle.

Since writing my first thread, I have learned about Vermont. The State of Vermont as changed their laws so the MH owners are considered real property instead of personal. The state has contacted me and agree with me, which is the reason they changed their state laws. I believe that I have the right attitude..."Something Can Be Done!"

I do appreciate your comment but am very glad to know that we can get laws passed that will help people that live in MH communities. We should not have to put up with the things we do. It is not neccessary or right.
