If a land/home mortgage is $1000.00 in default and the lender is proceeding with foreclosure, how long does the person living in the manufactured home have to vacate the home once served with papers?

This is occuring in Louisiana, Calcasieu Parish.

Time varies with thew state law...Every state is different...Some are as soon as the court issues foreclosure..others require a second court order to force folks out...The residents should be looking now...
