I am a husband, father and animal lover and also the operator of the business described below:The current and original owner of the Manufactured Housing Global Network is Express Network Solutions, a division of, Lake Weir Home Park, Inc. (LWH) a Florida Corporation that has participated in various phases of the manufactured housing industry for the past two decades.Originated to develop residential properties, LWH emerged in the mid 80's as a retailing super star, consistently in the states top ten volume dealerships for the Liberty Homes products. At the start of the Savings and Loan Crisis Lake Weir Homes was taped by the RTC to be its MH recovery agent for northern Florida. This led to building a huge retail & remarketing center, with ten acres of homes on display, and a client list that included every major and most minor MH finance operators doing business in the Sunshine State .Over time, LWH moved out of retail and into recovering renovating and then remarketing MH repos at public auction. For years Lake Weir operated the only regularly scheduled MH Auctions in Florida. They organized sales on alternate months and would sell as many as fifty homes, before lunch, on Auction Day.Today LWH operates MH residential lease properties, a small, but growing MH residential mortgage division. The company also continues to contract various remarketing services to the industry's financial sector. It is from within these wide and diverse areas of industry experience that the Manufactured Housing Global Network emerged. The Manufactured Housing Global Network consists of approximately fifty web sites. The flagship site, also known as “The Manufactured Housing Global Network” is the most popular manufactured housing web site in the entire world. The “Associate Sites” belong to and promote a wide range of manufactured housing industry businesses located from coast to coast. The flagship site was the very first manufactured housing industry-wide web site. Established in 1995, it has evolved into the leading web-based interactive portal for the manufactured housing industry. The site caters to both consumers and industry professionals (builders, retailers, lenders, supplier’s etc.) by providing an ever-expanding menu for visitors to explore, including extensive services, information, and a huge collection of links to other industry related sites. The original site was a collection of “bookmarks” that pointed to information around the net that was relevant to participants in the manufactured housing industry. Most of the earliest items available came from government sponsored gopher sites. The domain name MobileHome.com was first registered on August 2, 1995. The Manufactured Housing Global Network (“MHGN”) has been served continuously from that address to this day.The web site is also served at the following web addresseswww.MfdHousing.comwww.Manufactured-Housing.netwww.BestInvestment.comYou can access a linked list of most of the web sites we serve at
