HAVING SUCCESSFULLY CONTINUED 12 YEARS IN THE MANUFACTURED HOME "REAL" FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN THR DFW, TX.
AREA WE BELIEVE WE HAVE ALL THE RELATED ANSWERS,HOWEVER,
THE QUESTIONS KEEP CHANGING. IN REGARD TO THE LAND/HOME REAL
ESTATE MODE M/H TRANSACTIONS THE STATE STATUTES ADDRESS THE NEED FOR A SURRENERED TITLE TO THE M/H IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE PERSONAL PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION OF THE M/H STRUCTURE TO THE
"REAL ESTATE DEFINITION. IN ORDER TO DO THAT THE M/H MUST BE
INSTALLED AS A PERMANENTLY AFFIXED STRUCTURE USING A FOUNDATION SYSTEM WHICH THE STATE "SUPPOSEDLY" HAS A DEFINITION. WHEELS,AXLES,RUNNING GEAR BEING REMOVED AND
CONNENTIONS TO APPLICABLE UTILITIES ARE PART OF,BUT NOT THE
TOTAL "PERMANENT ATTACHMENT" THEORY AS WE UNDERSTAND.
