Is there such a thing as a MH of 600-900 sf which is well made?

If so, who does it?

It seems that single-wides don't come with the quality of the biggest double-wides, but I'm hoping someone here can steer me to a good manufacturer who will take on the small job.

There are many very high quality manufacturers that make small doubles and singles available in the GA marketplace...The problem you are having is that the dealers in GA do not inventory them...Even smaller singles are of the lowest quality because of price...

Most dealers have found that folks looking for this size are usually looking for very low price...High quality is not VERY low price...

The manufacturers in the GA market that build what you are looking for are Homes of Merit, Jacobson, Palm Harbor from Plant City FL, Macot and others built in FL primarily for the manufactured homes park placements down there..

The web sites do not show all the floor plans these factories offer...Also they are custom factories and will build to suit you..

looking for the same thing in AZ. i would rather have high quality with a smaller size home - than a lower quality home that will fall apart on me. i would also rather have 1 normal sized bathroom rather than 2 teeny ones. who makes quality small homes in AZ?
