I have been trying to find out how important energy efficiency is to buyers when purchasing a manufactured home. What points are most important to them-- insulation, heating/cooling, others? I really just wanted to know how this issue is addressed by retailers. Thanks!

I want to know the manufacturer of the heating/cooling systems which modular homes use. I am looking for a system which will work best for small spaces in a different application; however, one does not know the company/s to contact for info.
