Good Advice for Moisture Problem

I need some good advice. I've got a 2005 Patriot manufactured home. I noticed some bows in the siding on the north side of the house. When I checked, it was the sheathing bowing and it is bad! I got out a ladder to go check on the bathroom fan exhaust and see if it was working. It was but the exhaust for the 90% gas furnace was showing no plume even though I could hear the furnace running. I got up on the roof and could see that the decking was bowing between the intake and exhaust pipe, a spot about as big as a bathtub. The next morning when it was 16deg. I got up there and the roof was covered in frost everywhere but that spot. There was no exhust from the pipe; there was steam coming from the roof vent on the north side of the house. I suspect this has been going on all winter!
When I finally get someone from the factory here what should I ask for? I'm concerned about problems down the road from approx. 330 gallons of water being put in the attic. I know they should replace all the visible sheathing and decking problems but how much insulation should they take out?
I feel like this is a problem that can't be fixed with patches --- any suggestions?
