concrete skirting or not

i am looking into purchasing a new manufactured home by this fall. I have looked at the StoneSkirt system. It is beautiful but pricey. How much insulation factor does the concrete skirting system have compared to buying insulated skirting by R-Cotec. I can find no listing as to the rating of insulation for StoneSkirt, but the insulated by R-Cotec has an R5 rating.
